1. Our Respect for Copyright

All games hosted or embedded on this platform are sourced from third-party HTML5 game developers and publishers. We make every reasonable effort to ensure that only properly licensed content is made available to our users. If you believe any content on our platform infringes your copyright, we will act promptly upon receiving a valid notice.

2. How to Submit a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you are a copyright owner, or are authorized to act on behalf of one, and you believe that content on PlayGamesOnline infringes your copyright, please send a written DMCA takedown notice to our designated agent at:

3. Required Information in Your Notice

To be valid under the DMCA, your written notice must include all of the following:

  1. Your identification โ€” your full legal name, physical address, email address, and phone number.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work โ€” a description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed, or a representative list if multiple works are covered.
  3. Identification of the infringing content โ€” the specific URL(s) on PlayGamesOnline where the allegedly infringing material is located, with enough detail for us to locate it.
  4. Good faith statement โ€” a statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. Accuracy statement โ€” a statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
  6. Your signature โ€” a physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.

Notices that do not include all required elements may not receive a response. Knowingly submitting a false DMCA claim may result in legal liability under 17 U.S.C. ยง 512(f).

4. Our Removal Process

Upon receipt of a valid and complete DMCA takedown notice, we will:

  • Acknowledge receipt of your notice within 3 business days.
  • Review the notice for completeness and validity.
  • Remove or disable access to the identified content promptly if the notice is determined to be valid.
  • Notify the party responsible for the content of the removal, where applicable.
  • Inform you once the content has been removed or disabled.

5. Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification to the same email address above. A valid counter-notification must include: your name and contact details, identification of the removed content and its location before removal, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed by mistake or misidentification, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your location.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we may restore the removed content within 10โ€“14 business days unless the original complainant files a court action.

6. Repeat Infringers

PlayGamesOnline maintains a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts or access of users who are repeat infringers of copyright. We will also cooperate with rights holders and law enforcement in investigating claims of infringement where appropriate.
